From Incubating Innovation to Enabling Transformative Change in the Creative Sector
The three-year European project Collab4HySustCCI, aiming to empower European cultural and creative organizations through sustainability, participation, and innovation, hosts its 4th and final Knowledge Sharing Meeting.
Five partners from Italy, Bulgaria, Serbia, Greece, and Denmark, along with 15 selected cultural organizations from these countries, come together for a two-day series of events dedicated to innovation. The first day opens with a participatory action for the local communities of Western Attica—a key point of reference for Syn+Ergasia—while the second day is open to cultural professionals and organizations from across Greece.
Cultural organizations will have the opportunity to share experiences, expectations, and concerns about the present and future of the creative and cultural field, and to engage in knowledge exchange and networking activities with prospects for new international collaborations in Southeastern Europe, all with a focus on implementing innovative, participatory, and sustainable methods.

Who can participate?
✔️ February 27, Aspropyrgos: Women’s communities of Western Attica, women professionals from the cultural and creative sectors in Aspropyrgos, Elefsina, and Western Attica more broadly.
✔️ February 28, Athens: Professionals in the cultural and creative industries, cultural organizations, associations, social enterprises, creative cooperatives, and cultural stakeholders.
The action is hosted in Greece by Syn+Ergasia Art Platform, in collaboration with partner organizations: Matera Hub (Italy), Intercultura Consult (Bulgaria), Det Flyvende Teater (Denmark), Nova Iskra (Serbia), and National Culture Fund of Bulgaria, under Collab4HySust—an EU-supported innovation incubator aimed at empowering the cultural and creative sectors in Europe to develop through sustainability, participation, and innovation.
The project provides guidance, capacity building, and microgrants to selected organizations, leading the creative industry toward a new era.
Simultaneously, through targeted networking activities, the two-day event connects cultural organizations, policymakers, and funders, enhancing cross-sector collaboration.
